Vancouver Aquarium’s 14th annual Divers’ Weekend

Thanks to everyone who made it out on January 19&20 to a very successful Divers’ weekend.  The MLSS booth was very busy and our rockfish colouring activity was a resounding success.  There was lots of enthusiasm regarding MLSS initiatives moving forward this year, particularly with respect to upcoming beach interpretations.

MLSS president Roy Mulder and Stewardship Chair Peter Miers gave a presentation on “The Creation Of Voluntary Marine Sanctuaries In British Columbia” which was well attended.
